Our mission is to empower the next generation of Christian leaders to live a life in faith and service to the Glory of God.
In the program, you will receive life-changing spiritual and leadership development to lay the foundation for your future in your church, your family, your community, and your vocation.
Incarnation Fellows live in the heart of Dallas rent-free with host families from Church of the Incarnation, providing strong intergenerational relationships.
In our work, this is our prayer: Deliver us in our various occupations from the service of self alone, that we may do the work you give us to do in truth and beauty and for the common good. Together, we discern what God has called you to be and do.
Through daily prayer and worship, Bible and book studies, guest lecturers, retreats, and classes with our Director-Theologian, each Fellow grows deeper in their walk with Christ and learns how to lead others on the journey.
Fellows serve in and through the church. Jesus taught that when we serve our neighbors we’re serving Christ too, and growing closer to Him. As the body of Christ, we seek to be God’s hands and feet in the world, putting the love of Jesus into action all around us.
What fellows have to say
I cannot imagine moving to a new city or jumping into post-grad without the foundation of Fellows. More than anything because of those 9 months my prayer life, intimacy with the Lord, and trust in His sovereignty over my future has grown and transformed my life.
The Fellows program was so impactful and influential my first year out of college! God used this program to teach me more about Him, myself, and how the two go together to further His kingdom! This program shaped me in many ways by pushing me out of my comfort zone and into the life God is calling me to! I discovered what I am passionate about, I worked on forming lasting spiritual disciplines that were foundational for my prayer life, and it was a huge part of me falling in love with Dallas!
I could not be more grateful for the Incarnation Fellows Program. The impact of this program has followed me far beyond just the 9 months of "being a fellow." Fellows opened the doors to lifelong, intergenerational friendship, the most wonderful and purposeful job in the BEST city, and ultimately set my life on a trajectory to follow Jesus. Participating in Fellows affords you the space, time and resources to know and love Jesus and His children more deeply, and to view each day and circumstance as an opportunity to serve others. I couldn't have dreamt up the life the Lord blessed me with through the Incarnation Fellows if I tried!
